Shaeden Italian Greyhounds

We are located in the southwestern part of Montana on 400 acres, 30 miles outside of town.  It is truly our little part of heaven and fantastic for the dogs.  Our only neighbors are those that howl, hop, fly or prance.

My husband and I both have a great love and passion for our dogs.  We take part equally in their care, although I am the only one that shows and competes with them, he is the one that takes care of them when I am on the road.  He is the one that overfeeds them, overspoils them, allows them to run amuck and be dogs.  We have had dogs our whole lives and have been involved in various sports throughout the years.  He with Coonhounds and Greyhounds and me with nearly every breed recognized by the AKC.  I have competed at some point or another in every recognized sport.  When I say dogs are my life that is no understatement.  I started out rescuing dogs as a child and continued on as an adult by becoming an applied animal behaviorist, then a canine nutritionist, then an animal homeopath.  I currently offer consultations throughout the USA on all three of those subjects under the name The Controversial Canine. www.thecontroversialcanine.com  I am lucky to work from home and make my own schedual around my dogs.   Lou also works for the animals and has been working in alternative medicine with Buck Mountain Botanicals for the past 10 years.  www.buckmountainbotanicals.com makes all natural/organic products for pet health.  They are the makers of the world famous neoplasene for Cancer treatment.

Our children also share our love of animals and sometimes join me on the show circuit.
